Codrin Tăut, PhD

Dr. Codrin Tăut joined the Auschwitz Institute in May 2023. He supports the Bucharest Office in developing and fundraising for AIPG’s programs in Europe. In addition to his work at AIPG, Codrin is a Culture Expert for the Romanian National Commission for UNESCO. He has a Master’s degree in Contemporary French Philosophy from the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj- Napoca, Romania (2005). Codrin earned a Ph.D. in Political Sciences from the University of Bucharest (2013) and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Romanian Academy (2014- 2015). Between 2016-2019, he was affiliated with the Research & Methodology department, “Carol I” Central University Library of Bucharest. Codrin has published several articles and studies in Philosophy, Contemporary Political Theory, and Critical Theory.
